NEW ITEMS Draft Minutes of November Meeting Revised Constitution	The next meeting of the Steering Group will be held at 10am on Saturday 31^st January 2009 at the Village Hall ALL are welcome to attend! Please note that from January 2009 all meetings will be held on the LAST Saturday of the month! Click here for dates of meetings We need your input/comments!
	Village Hall Design The group are now working towards presenting the final plans for the hall to the Parish Council at their meeting on 2^nd February 2009 and an open evening for the village is planned for 23^rd February 2009
	The Project Group previously gave a presentation to the village on Tuesday 11^th March. A summary of feedback/comments was given at the meeting held on 14^th June in the Village Hall & a short presentation on the feedback and next steps was on show at the Village Fete on 22^nd June 2008
	An amended formal Constitution for the Project that includes the ‘Mission Statement’ and ‘Vision’ was adopted by the Steering Group on 27 November 2008
