NEW ITEMS Draft Minutes of June 8^th Meeting	The next public meeting of the Steering Group will be held at 10am on Saturday 27^thJune 2009 at the Village Hall ALL are welcome to attend! Please note that for 2009 meetings will normally be held on the LAST Saturday of the month! Click here for dates of meetings We need your input/comments!
	Village Hall Design The group made a presentation to the Parish Council at their meeting on 2^nd February 2009 to update them on the Project and the plans for the new hall. A wine & cheese evening was held at the Village Hall on 23^rd February 2009 when an update on the current status and progress of the Project was given. The final layout and plans (subject to minor changes) for the new village hall and community centre was shown and details explained. The next step will be to finalise the small details and apply for planning permission. A pdf copy of the presentation notes can be downloaded here. 	An amended formal Constitution for the Project that includes the ‘Mission Statement’ and ‘Vision’ was adopted by the Steering Group on 27^th November 2008
